1. Introduction

petsorigin.com is a website operated by Pets Origin, a brand owned and operated by The Percentage FZ-LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, stop using the website immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and ordering for delivery within the UAE to place an order. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Products

Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Minor variations may occur due to supplier updates. All orders are subject to availability. Certain products are listed as bundles only (3-pack, 6-pack, 12-pack) and cannot be split. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an alternative or full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices may change without prior notice. The price at time of order confirmation applies. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash on Delivery (select areas), and other payment methods shown at checkout. Unconfirmed payments result in no order being placed. An order invoice will be emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Order Confirmation

Your order is not binding until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us. We may cancel confirmed orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, fraud concerns, or unserviceable delivery areas. Cancelled orders receive a full refund within 7 business days.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the UAE only. PO Box deliveries are not supported. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, public holidays, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by you are not our responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error originates from our side. Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur re-delivery fees. Uncollected returned orders may be charged a restocking fee of up to 15 AED.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of pet food, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective on delivery, an incorrect product was sent, or the product was expired at time of delivery. You must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or improperly stored products, or change-of-mind after delivery. For orders placed on Amazon UAE or Noon UAE, returns must be processed through those platforms directly. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on petsorigin.com including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of The Percentage FZ-LLC. You may not reproduce or commercially use any content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with logistics providers, payment processors, and authorities where required by UAE law.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Percentage FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, pet health issues arising from product use, or courier delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific order in dispute.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Sales on Amazon UAE and Noon UAE are governed by those platforms' own terms. Disputes from those channels must be resolved through their respective customer service. External links on our website are for convenience only and we are not responsible for third-party content.

13. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website to submit fraudulent orders, access systems without authorization, use bots or scrapers, impersonate others, or violate UAE law. Violations may result in account termination and referral to authorities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. As The Percentage FZ-LLC is registered under RAKEZ, any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days will be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies having jurisdiction over RAKEZ entities in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) remain unaffected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
